95km hike over 4 days. Guided, luggage transfer, catered, 1 support vehicle. Accommodation in old farmhouses. Our own Baviaans Camino.

berg2The majestic Baviaanskloof Mountains and Wilderness Reserve is begging to be traversed by foot.  This north-south route is the only route that actually crosses the Baviaanskloof Mountain Range into the Baviaanskloof, and continues traversing the Kouga Mountain Range.  Hikers are supported in this remote wilderness area by a guide and a support vehicle, overnight accommodation is in restored farm houses and local farmers supply three meals per day.

The trail starts in the Baviaans Region and finishes 95km later in the Tsitsikamma.  Groups meet up in Willowmore at the Willow Historical Guest House (dinner and accommodation included in the rate), with an early morning shuttle to the farm Nakop for the start of your journey.  The hike is over 4 days and departure is on day 6 from Nguniland Guest Farm just outside Kareedouw.

You can either arrange transport back to Willowmore after breakfast on departure day, or leave your vehicle in Kareedouw and arrange for transport to Willowmore on arrival day.
